WHAT ARE FLOWER ESSENCES?
A flower essence is an infusion of fresh-cut flowers, filtered water, and sunshine.
A clear glass bowl filled with flowers and water is placed in the sunlight for several hours. This allows the sun to imprint the flower’s bio-electrical field, or essence, into the water.
Next, the flowers are removed from the bowl and the infusion is preserved with brandy.
Sometimes the infusion process is altered, depending on the flower.
A “cold double-boiler” method works best with inedible flowers. This process uses two nestled glass bowls to ensure no plant matter touches the water. The sun imprints the flower essence into the water through the clear vessel barrier.
Some essences infuse in the moonlight for peak potency.
All these processes capture the vibrational essences of flowers.
These vibrational essences interact with your own energetic systems, and promote emotional wellbeing.
TRADITIONAL METHOD
Take a few drops of flower essence under the tongue, or add a few drops to a glass of water, cup of tea, or even a reusable water bottle that you can take with you for the day.
ADDITIONAL METHODS
Try placing a few drops of flower essences in:
• Your bath
• Your altarwork
• Soups, sauces, baked goods, and cocktails
• Massage oils and lotions
• Natural body sprays and room mists
• Herbal tinctures and bitters
Ingredients: Flower essences preserved in brandy and filtered water in a 2 oz. amber dropper bottle
