OBSERVE & RELEASE: A Guided Meditation 🍃
Being human is a lot.
And lately, it feels like the volume dial on life has been cranked up higher than ever. The unpredictability, the weight of it all—it’s real. In the hopes of offering a small moment of peace, I recorded a gentle, 5-minute meditation designed to help us observe and release our emotions with kindness and ease.
This practice has been a grounding force for me whenever heavy emotions arise—whether it’s fear, anger, sadness, loss, frustration, worry, anxiety, overwhelm, or resentment. Instead of pushing these feelings away or getting stuck in them, this meditation allows us to witness them without judgment, receive any insights they may carry, and then let them go.
The result? More clarity, more steadiness, and a greater ability to focus and act on what matters.
How to Begin
Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. If you can, I highly recommend listening to this meditation outdoors, somewhere you feel safe—perhaps with your back against a tree, your hands resting on the earth, or your bare feet in the grass. But if that’s not available to you, choose any spot where you feel supported and at ease.
Take a deep breath, soften your shoulders, and allow yourself this moment of release.
